  1. Our dairy products are carefully crafted in small batches in-house. We take pride in owning a 150-cattle dairy and organically growing their feed on our 25-acre farmland. To ensure purity and authenticity, we source all our products directly from their authentic origins.
  2. Our spices are sourced directly from trusted farmers without any processing.
  3. Our black rice is sourced from farmers in Manipur.
  4. The saffron we offer is meticulously hand-plucked by a Kashmiri farmer.
  5. Jaggery powder and honey are sourced from a tribal welfare group in Uttarakhand.
  6. Our pink salt is sourced from Himachal Pradesh.

Our cattle are nourished with feed that we grow organically on our 25-acre farmland, ensuring that no hormones or chemicals are introduced. In line with our commitment to sustainability, we also recycle the cattle waste as natural manure for our farmland.

To ensure that our products are top-notch and dependable, we follow a careful three-step testing process:

Step 1: Basic Testing

In the first step, we check things like color, texture, smell, and taste. For example, we mix pink salt with milk to see if there are any unwanted substances.

Step 2: Adulterant Testing

Using special kits, our experienced testers check for any harmful additives or impurities. This step is done at our manufacturing facility to ensure the products are pure

Step 3: Certified Laboratory Analysis

We send samples from each batch to a certified lab for thorough examination. Experts there conduct tests to verify quality, screen for adulterants, and measure nutritional values.

You can order the milk according to your level of consumption. However, through our user-friendly app (accessible through this link “https://onelink.to/j972qq” or the ‘Get the App’ tab), you can conveniently schedule your milk orders on an alternate day basis or according to your convenience.

We prioritize convenience when it comes to payment options. You have two easy methods to choose from:

Option 1: Recharge your wallet using online payment methods like UPI or Net Banking. This ensures seamless and secure transactions.

Option 2: Cash payments are also accepted for your convenience.

Simply select the payment method that works best for you.

We understand the importance of providing convenient delivery options for our customers. That’s why we have two dedicated slots available for milk deliveries:

Slot 1: 5:30 AM – 7:30 AM

Slot 2: 4:30 PM – 7:30 AM

For all other products, they will be delivered during the second slot, which is between 4:30 PM and 7:30 AM. This allows you to choose the delivery slot that suits you best for milk. Our aim is to ensure that your orders are delivered at the most convenient time for you, so you can enjoy our products without any hassle.

We are constantly striving to enhance and broaden our delivery network. If your area is currently listed as “Out of delivery” on the app, please rest assured that we are actively working on expanding our services. We appreciate your patience and will be delighted to inform you as soon as we start delivering to your area. 

We offer free delivery of our farm-fresh milk and a wide range of natural products directly to your doorstep. There are no additional delivery charges. We believe in providing a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our valued customers, ensuring that you can enjoy our products without any extra costs

Although we don’t have a standard return policy in place, we do offer customers the chance to exchange a product if it arrives in a damaged condition. If you receive a damaged item, we kindly request that you contact our dedicated customer support team via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please provide relevant pictures that clearly show the damage. Once we receive your communication, we will promptly investigate the matter and facilitate the replacement of the damaged product with a new one.
